- Mass Level: Normal attitude at this level is “Follow the crowd”. The Mass level signifies conformity to societal norms and the desire for acceptance. It is characterized by the need to belong and fit in with the collective consciousness. People at this level tend to adopt beliefs, values, and behaviors based on societal conditioning. Examples include following trends, conforming to group opinions, and seeking validation from others.

These first three are supported by friends and family and they support us, but they also make it ok to quit. We are aware that we can do and have more yet we do nothing because we are fearful.
- Individual Level: Normal attitude is “unique, ‘I am’ ness”. There is a connection to God, Doing individual for a reason. They are committed, no turning back. We are made and designed to pay the price. The law of laws is Cause and Effect. The Individual level represents self-awareness and the recognition of one's uniqueness. Individuals at this level prioritize their own values, beliefs, and desires, rather than being heavily influenced by external factors. They take responsibility for their choices and decisions, embracing authenticity and personal autonomy. Examples include expressing individuality, making independent choices, and standing up for personal beliefs.
- Discipline Level: Expression of Character. Normal attitude is “Able to give yourself a command and follow it.” You have stopped checking the weather. Never step in the way of a person that has a dream and are disciplined. The Discipline level signifies the commitment to self-mastery and the cultivation of self-control. At this level, individuals exhibit dedication, focus, and perseverance in their endeavors. They develop routines, prioritize tasks, and engage in practices that enhance personal growth. Examples include maintaining a regular exercise routine, practicing meditation, and adhering to a strict work schedule.
- Experience Level: Normal attitude “ You get fully engaged in the present. You can fully appreciate life’s experiences.” The Experience level represents a heightened sense of awareness and mindfulness. Individuals at this level engage fully in the present moment, appreciating life's experiences with a sense of wonder and gratitude. They cultivate a deep connection with themselves, others, and the world around them. Examples include practicing mindfulness, engaging in nature walks, and embracing new cultural experiences.
