When we are stressed, our body automatically goes into what I call a fight or flight mode. When that happens we are unable think of solutions because that part of the brain is blocked.
When we learn to relax, by lowing the stress or overwhelm feeling, all of sudden our mind opens back up and ideas begin to flow again and we find solutions and begin be productive and we are no longer stuck with an overwhelm or upset feeling.
Stress doesn't have to control your life. There are simple exercises you can do to manage stress and keep it from taking over your day-to-day existence.
